Photoshoot and Video taking by Property Agents on 23 May 2023

 

Please be advised that there would be a photoshoot and filming taking place in the estate on Tuesday, 23rd May 2023, 2pm to 5pm.

 

Production team and Property agents will be operating at Eden Residences facilities, do not be alarmed should you find any production crew in the common areas. The purpose of this shoot is for the sales and marketing of Eden Residences.

IMPROVING THE OVERALL IMAGE OF EDEN RESIDENCES

In our continuous efforts to improve the image of Eden Residences and maintain cleanliness in the common areas, we strongly advise all residents to avoid leaving their personal belongings or items in common areas such as the carpark on Basement 4, rooftop gardens, walkways, lobbies and facility areas (i.e. Eden Lounge, Eden Club, Gym and Changing Rooms).

Please keep your personal items at home and use the designated bicycle lots at the Basement 4 carpark (located next to Daffodil and Edelweiss lobby) for bicycles.

Please note that the management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the common areas.  

Let’s keep Eden Residences a pleasant and safe environment place to live in.

MAINTENANCE OF BALCONY FLOOR TRAPS 

 

Dear Residents,  

   

Greetings from the Management.  

 

We would like to take this opportunity to notify all residents that it is important to perform some simple maintenance to your floor trap grating in the balconies. 

 

To create a clean and safe living space in Eden residences. These are some preventive measures to take note of:  

  1. Mosquito breeding. Under NEA safety, it is important to ensure that all households to clear any ponded water in your unit (especially balcony exposed to outdoor).  
  2. Debris and dry leaves choking the drainage. 
  3. Prevention of water clogging and seepage to the lower floor.  
 For the balcony exposed to outdoors, there is a hidden floor trap underneath a square wooden cover located at the corner of each balcony's wooden deck as shown:
