Dear Resident,

 

Greeting from the Eden Residences Concierge!

 

We are writing to you on behalf of residing in #11-03.

 

The resident of 11-03 is supporting a charity here in Singapore called “It's Raining Raincoats” to help our migrant worker brothers who build Singapore around us whilst surviving on very little.

 

 The charity is looking for donations of the following second hand items:

 

  1.  Men’s clothes especially T shirts, shirts, ties and trousers - any size.
  2. Men’s flipflops-slippers, sneakers - any size
  3. Men’s belts, wallets
  4. Used (but still good) towels, hand towels, pillowcases, sheets, thin blankets
  5. Backpacks, duffel bags
  6. Chess sets
  7. Badminton racquet/ shuttlecocks
  8. Basket balls
  9. Board games

 

All donations can be deposited at the Concierge desk between 22nd September to 8th October.

Glass Panel Replacement Works at Eden Lounge at Level 3 From 20 – 25 September 2021

We would like to inform you that the main building contractor will be performing glass panel replacement works at Eden Lounge at Level 3 from 20 – 25 September 2021.

 

During the works, Eden Lounge will be closed and residents may expect contractors around common area at Level 3. Minor disruptions are to be expected during this period.

 

We thank you for your kind understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

MAINTENANCE OF BALCONY FLOOR TRAPS

Dear Residents,

 

Greetings from the Management.

 

We wish to inform all residents weather reports of heavy downpour will be expected in the month of September. Hence, we would like to take this opportunity to notify all residents that it is important to perform some simple maintenance to your floor trap grating in the balcony as per picture below.

 

During this period, some preventive measures that we could take and create a routine to keep a safe living in Eden residences. Here are some items to look out for:

 

  1. Mosquito breeding. Under NEA safety, it is important to ensure that all households to clear any ponded water in your unit. (especially balcony exposed to outdoor)
  2. Debris choking the drainage this is to prevent foul smell.
  3. Prevention of water clogging and seepage to the lower floor.

 

For the balcony exposed to outdoors, there is a hidden floor traps underneath a square wooden cover at the corner of each balcony's wooden deck that you have to take note.

For rainy season, we strongly encourage residents conduct extra regular checks on the floor trap. You are required to inspect the drainage cover periodically to ensure the drainage is clear from debris.

DISPOSABLE RUBBISH CHUTE

Dear Eden Residents,

 

Hope this email finds all of you good and well.

 

This email is regarding the Disposable rubbish chute in your units. During our regular service of the Disposable chute, they found frying pan thrown into the chute.

 

As such, this causes choking within the tubing of the Disposable Chute unit. Attached are the pictures of the Disposable Tubing inside.

 

The management seek your help and co-operation in assisting us as well as for safety reason by not throwing material items such as thick Magazines, books,  boxes, frying pan, unwanted clothing, breakable items such as glass and bulky items into the Rubbish Chute. Just leave them outside unit and our cleaners will dispose them.

UPDATE: Refuse Compactor for Capitol Singapore is Back in Operation from 14 August 2021
