In compliances with Public Utilities (Water Supply) Regulations, MCST has engaged a Licensed Plumber to inspect, clean and disinfect the water storage tanks at Eden Residences Capitol.
Please be informed that Annual Water Tank Washing has been scheduled on 4th and 5th July 2022 (10am - 5pm) .
While there WILL NOT be any disruption to water supplies, please turn on the taps inside your unit and let water runs continuous for 10 minutes on 4th and 5th July 2022 (after 5 pm). This ensures final flushing from the plumbing system.

During the recent fire safety check, household belongings were found to be placed at along fire evacuation route.
This guideline serves to remind all residents that the common exit facilities (i) part outside unit with open-ended air well ii) exit staircase provide a safe means of escape for occupants from the building during fire outbreak.
Any obstruction on the smoke stop lobby, ventilation outlet or exit doors that lead to the fire staircase can hinder evacuation efforts.
As part of our Eden’s community effort to ensure safe living environment, we would like to urge residents to refrain from placement of personal belongings along fire evacuation routes and facilities.

Greetings from the Management.
Due to the recent heavy downpour, we would like to take this opportunity to notify all residents that it is important to perform some simple maintenance to your floor trap grating in the balcony.
During this period, some preventive measures that we could take and create a routine to keep a safe living in Eden residences. Here are some items to look out for:
1. Mosquito breeding. Under NEA safety, it is important to ensure that all households to clear any ponded water in your unit. (especially balcony exposed to outdoor)
2. Debris choking the drainage this is to prevent foul smell.
3. Prevention of water clogging and seepage to the lower floor.
For the balcony exposed to outdoors, there is a hidden floor traps underneath a square wooden cover at the corner of each balcony's wooden deck that you have to take note.
For rainy season, we strongly encourage residents conduct extra regular checks on the floor trap. You are required to inspect the drainage cover periodically to ensure the drainage is clear from debris.
