COVID-19: HEALTH ADVISORY - SAFE DISTANCING MEASURES AND LAUNCH OF TRACETOGETHER APP

Wednesday, March 25, 2020

THE RESIDENTS

EDEN RESIDENCES CAPITOL

Dear Sirs/Madams

COVID-19: HEALTH ADVISORY - SAFE DISTANCING MEASURES AND LAUNCH OF TRACETOGETHER APP

The multi-Ministry taskforce has announced stricter measures to limit gatherings outside of work and school to 10 persons or fewer.  This is to ensure that physical distancing of at least one metre can be achieved in settings where interactions are non-transient.  These measures will take effect from tomorrow 26 March 2020 at 2359 hours until 30 April 2020 but this may be extended if the situation does not improve.

In view of the above announcement and to safe guard your well-being,

Bookings for Eden Club and Lounge shall be temporary suspended effective 26 March 2020 at 2359 hours.  Residents are advised to keep a one (01) metre safe distance and avoid gathering in large groups on the common areas during this period.

Gym users should keep a one (01) metre safe distance and to wipe down the gym machines after use

To limit close proximity of physical interactions, the Management encourages residents to call us Tel: 6385 7488 or email mcst@edenresidences.com.sg and concierge@edenresidences.com.sg with your concerns.

These safe distancing measures complement the sanitation and hygiene practices adopted at Eden Residences Capitol.  These include temperature and health screening of employees; implementation of cleanliness and hygiene practices; as well as compliance with MOH health advisories.

LAUNCH OF NEW APP FOR CONTACT TRACING

To help support and supplement current contact tracing efforts, Government Technology Agency (GovTech) has launched a mobile app called TraceTogether on 20 March 2020.

By downloading the app and consenting to participate in it, TraceTogether allows users to "proactively help" in the contact tracing process and help us combat the COVID-19 situation as a society, in a similar way as we take steps to maintain good personal hygiene.

To participate, simply download the app here for Android users, and here for iOS users.  For more information on TraceTogether, please visit www.tracetogether.gov.sg.

HIGH RISE LITTERING – CIGARETTE BUTTS

Wednesday, March 4, 2020

THE RESIDENTS

EDEN RESIDENCES CAPITOL

TOWER 1

Dear Sirs/Madams

HIGH RISE LITTERING – CIGARETTE BUTTS

The Management has received feedback from residents living in the lower levels of Units stacks #01 & #02 at Eden Residences (Tower 1) that cigarette ashes/butts have been recklessly discarded from upper floor units into their private balconies.

We would like to seek the kind cooperation of all residents living in the upper floor units to refrain from discarding their cigarette butts and/or for the matter, any other litter out of their private balconies.  In addition to causing nuisance, cigarette butts especially lighted ones are hazardous and can potentially cause fire when coming into contact with flammable materials e.g. curtain cloth, wood, young children etc.

We thank you for your kind cooperation.

Please contact the Management Office at Tel: 6385 7488 if you have any queries.

Thank you.
